Co-founder and Programs Director
A Puerto Rican professional with 31 years of experience in Purchasing, Administration, and Federal Contract policy for the U.S. Department of Defense. Since the 1990s, she has volunteered as a translator for CDC/Emory’s Migrant Farm Worker clinics and supported multiple Hispanic serving organizations in metro Atlanta and Huntsville, AL. After relocating to Anderson County in 2018, she continued her service through Second Harvest, KARM Serenity, and by becoming a certified Master Gardener. In 2023, she once again stepped forward to serve the Hispanic community, bringing decades of dedication and leadership to her role.
